Mini-Roos Registration
As parents ourselves we understand that some children prefer to play with their friends, or with a certain coach, or in the same team as last year. Your childs preferences can now be managed through your account on our website.
If playing with friends is a priority for your child, parents will be able to nominate two friends that your child wishes to play with. We will do our best to ensure your child plays with at least one friend.
For children wanting to be in the same team as last year, please know that teams can change between seasons. Sometimes players leave, or new players sign-up, changing the total number of players for an age group. Also, when teams progress from U7 to U8, and from U9 to U10, team sizes have to change as the field size increases, which means team formations will definitely change.
All teams will need a coach and manager to run the team during the season. If no parent from a team is willing to coach or manage a proposed team based on submitted preferences, then that team will need to be changed, or disbanded.
As team formations progress they will be visible through your account on our website. Please note that any preference requests via email or word of mouth will not be actioned. We strive to accommodate everyone's wishes within the broader context of team formations and registrations. Your understanding is appreciated.

Active Kids Vouchers
Coledale Waves have now been approved to accept Active Kids Vouchers for the 2024 season.
Parents, guardians and carers can claim the NSW Government’s Active Kids Voucher by visiting the Services NSW website.
To receive the $50 discount you will need your Active Kids Voucher No. prior to registration.
Ready to Register?
Registration for mini-roos involves the following steps.
1. Apply for an Active Kids voucher (if appropriate).
2. Register your child through Play Football.
Registration for the winter competition with Coledale Waves is done through Football South Coast.
For new members, the registration process can take 15 minutes or so to complete and you will require a photo of your child to upload.
For returning members, the process is a lot quicker.
