Mini Roos Teams

Our Mini-Roos teams start at under 6 and progress up to under 11 age group. After that the teams progress through to the Junior Competition Teams.

Our U6 and U7 teams are a casual fun experience and a great way for kids and parents to get involved in the game. Not only is it great exercise and skills for the kids, but it is also a good opportunity to meet other families in the community. Team sizes for U6 and U7 are 4 players on the field, only a few rules to keep it simple, and ideally with 2 substitutes.

Our U8 and U9 teams progress to the next field size up and team sizes increase to 7 players on the field, including a goal keeper, and ideally 2 or 3 substitutes.

Once teams reach U10 and U11 they are playing on a half sized field with 9 players on the field.

Our teams are all coached and managed by the parents on the team with support and guidance provided by the club.

Games are on Saturdays and it is a lot of fun for the whole family.
